Every order is sent by first class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Delivery time is 1-3 working days and starts from £2.50. Full rates below.

EUROPE DELIVERY
Europe delivery is sent by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Delivery time is 4-7 working days and starts from £9. Delivery charges vary according to each country and the total will be calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL AND WORLDWIDE
Int’l worldwide delivery takes 7-10 working days and starts from £15. Delivery charges vary according to each country and the total will be calculated at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The delivery times shown are supplied by Royal Mail. Shipping times listed reflect the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your door. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. VIVID Vitality LTD. can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have left the warehouse.
CUSTOMS
All goods supplied to European Union Countries do not need a customs declaration. VAT at the UK rate of 20% is included in the listed price. All international packages are marked as Small Packet and the goods are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, within the cooling off period of 10 days. (We cannot refund opened products).
How to make a return:
1. You will need a Return Number. To get one please contact us here via email at returns@vividdrinks.com quoting your order number.
2. Place the item in its original packaging and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your despatch note into the parcel.
3. Send the item to VIVID Vitality LTD, Exchange House, 12 – 14 The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4EB. You are responsible for all postage costs in making a return.
4. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the original payment card.
