About Vivid Matcha

Since 2013 we’ve pioneered the UK’s Matcha movement launching the first matcha brand, the first ready-to-drink matcha, the UK’s first matcha bar and the first 100% unsweetened matcha drink. And we’ve got plenty more where that came from…


We’re stocked in leading retailers including Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods and Selfridges and our products sharpen the minds of bright sparks at Google, Cambridge University, WeWork, Goldman Sachs and many more. We’re looking for a bright and brainy, fun, hard-working marketing magician to help us take Vivid Matcha to the masses!



  • A diverse role with exposure to brand and shopper marketing
  • We’re looking for a sharp minded individual to help us grow brand awareness both inside and outside of stores
  • You’ll work with the Founder and commercial team on annual brand plans to support sales in major accounts
  • You’ll look after our community and social media channels and have exposure to sampling, events, point-of-sale and build partnerships and sponsorship opportunities


  • Minimum of 2 years FMCG experience required
  • Full UK driving license required
  • London based role




Category Management

  • Leverage all tools available to you to support the sales team with compelling category / brand stories to take to the trade


  • Examine wider shopper & innovation trends within market place and make recommendations on how Vivid’s innovation pipeline and brand comms should adapt to these


  • Use all data resources with key accounts to make recommendations to enhance Vivid’s position on shelf and increase range, distribution and share of space



Shopper Marketing/Brand activation

  • Account activation: working with the sales team to ensure each account is launched and promoted properly to maximize brand exposure and presence


  • Develop & manage in-store kit of parts; POS, FSDUs, displays


  • Organisation & management of in-store and guerilla sampling activities


  • Total events management (trade & consumer): booking space, brand set-up and design of materials


  • Development of wholesaler adverts, ensuring timelines are adhered to


  • Oversight of wholesaler imagery, brand copy etc


  • Key accounts (e.g. Waitrose, H&B): Oversight of brand assets and any marketing materials or advertising (e.g. adverts in Waitrose weekend)


Online/Social Media

  • Management of online content including website blog and social media, ensuring we are always building & growing our community and brand awareness


  • Work with the team to build the monthly social media schedule


Events/brand partnerships/influencers


  • Forge regular, on-going partnerships with like-minded brands


  • Source and create events to grow brand awareness and loyalty


  • Lead influencer programs and ambassador community
